Job summary

Selwood, in Chandlers Ford, seeks an Installation Supervisor to lead on-site activities and coordinate the Pump Rental Solutions team. You will manage installation progress, enforce safety, and oversee sub-contractors while supporting drivers with loading tasks.

Role requires flexibility, willingness to work overtime, and a safety-critical medical. A strong safety mindset and hands-on leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

Must have aptitude to work on construction sites with strong onsite safety.
Flexible with working hours and on-call rota; may work away from home.
Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.

Responsibilities

Promote and implement the company’s mission and core values UK-wide.
Supervise all aspects of the solution/sales project from conception to completion with the team.
Liaise with the Installation Manager and provide up-to-date installation progress.
Conduct RAMS on-site, identify risks and enforce control measures.
Install pipework and supervise Installation Operatives and sub-contractors.
Assist drivers with loading/unloading; perform physically demanding tasks.
