Sharps Furniture Group is seeking a Field-Based Installations Manager to oversee installations across North & West London and The Home Counties. You will lead a team of professional installers and ensure projects meet the highest standards of service, health & safety, and quality.

This field-based role requires strong people management, a practical customer-focused approach, and the ability to work remotely while keeping installers motivated across all three brands.
