Job summary

Getinge Ltd. is seeking an Installation Technician to set out and rebuild equipment using General Arrangement, P&ID, and electrical drawings. You will also remove and reassemble parts to meet access requirements with guidance from installation manuals.

You will move equipment safely with pallet trucks or lifting aids, connect site utilities and report faults. A full UK driving licence is essential, and the role involves travel across the UK and overseas, typically Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Set out and rebuild equipment using General Arrangement, P&ID, electrical drawings and parts lists.
• Remove and reassemble parts to meet access requirements with guidance from installation manuals.
• Move equipment safely using pallet trucks, skates, or lifting aids.
• Connect site utilities (steam, compressed air, water, drain, electrical) using standard methods.
• Report faulty equipment or calibration issues and complete expense forms on time.
• Liaise with project managers and keep them updated on site progress.
