Job summary

AWD online is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape people strategy across a growing multi-site operation. You will partner with operational leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance and change, driving people plans aligned with business priorities.

The role requires CIPD Level 5, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel widely across the South and other regions. Competitive salary with a company car and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Level 5
• Full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
• Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with practical application
• Data analysis and reporting skills with commercial judgement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Can work across a field-based, multi-site operation with travel across regions

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and partnership to operational leaders
• Coordinate employee relations, engagement, performance and change
• Lead the HR function across onboarding, policies and process improvements
• Manage recruitment and workforce planning for designated sites
• Coach managers and guide complex employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with employment law and TUPE where applicable
• Prepare people insights for business reviews and stakeholder reporting
