Job summary

Aira is recruiting a Heating System Design Engineer (Field) to join our Maidstone team in England. You’ll visit customer sites, perform surveys, and generate heat loss calculations to specify air-source heat pump installations for domestic properties, ensuring compliance with building regulations and customer expectations.

You’ll address technical issues and support the project from survey to completion. We offer £42,000, 25 days of leave, Health Cash Plan, life insurance, and devices provided

Qualifications

Qualifications in system design and heat pump installations.
Experience with domestic heat pump projects preferred.
Knowledge of building regulations and EHPP standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for surveys and data collection.
Design high-quality air source heat pump installations for domestic properties.
Generate heat loss calculations and emitter output requirements.
Address technical issues to keep installations on track.
Keep up-to-date with manufacturer guidance and regulations.
