Job summary

Aira is seeking a Heating System Design Engineer to design high quality air source heat pump installations for domestic properties. You will conduct site surveys, gather data, perform heat loss calculations and determine radiator requirements to ensure installations meet customer expectations and building regulations.

You will stay up-to-date with manufacturer guidance and regulatory changes, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and contribute to the growth of Aira's clean energy

Qualifications

Design high quality air source heat pump installations for domestic properties.
Keep up to date with heat pump guidance and building regulations.
Work within efficiency guidelines and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Attend site surveys and collect data for installation requirements.
Perform room-by-room heat loss assessments and determine radiator needs.
Communicate price changes and obtain customer approval.
Prepare material lists for installation execution.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidance and regulations.
