Job summary

MINML in London seeks a Project Geologist to translate model flagged targets into actionable drill targets, building geological cases and guiding field teams.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations, data collection, and supervision of drilling programs, ensuring safety and alignment with technical objectives.

The role blends traditional geology with machine learning, requiring 3+ years in mineral exploration, exposure to diverse deposits, and proficiency in QGIS, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, and ioGAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Mineral Exploration.
• Exposure to a variety of deposit styles.
• Demonstrated experience leading people and teams.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Proficient with geological software: QGIS, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, ioGAS.

Responsibilities

• Turn ranked ground into drill targets and build geological cases for and against them.
• Take survivors into the field and integrate mapping, sampling, and assay results for model refinement.
• Oversee day-to-day coordination of field and drilling activities and supervise field teams to meet safety and technical objectives.
• This role combines traditional geology with machine learning at the frontier of mineral exploration.
