Mitie is seeking an experienced Engineer to join the Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team in the UK. You will deliver PPM, reactive calls and small works, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You’ll service, test, inspect and install fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarms, with accurate documentation. You should have strong communication skills and basic Word/Excel literacy, plus a solid focus on health and safety, RAMS, and working with

Qualifications

• Experience in PPM, reactive calls and small works within Fire & Security Systems.
• Ability to inspect, test, repair and install fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarms.
• Comfort with documenting work and maintaining records to standards.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of fire and security systems.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records in a timely manner.
