Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Engineer to join the Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team in the United Kingdom. You will deliver PPM, reactive calls and small works, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The role involves servicing, testing, inspecting, repairing and installing fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm equipment, with proper documentation and records. Strong communication and basic Word/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of fire/security equipment per standards (PPM/Reactive).
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Active participation in company training to stay updated on technical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarm equipment.
• Perform PPM and reactive calls, including small works as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company RAMS where applicable.
