Job summary

phs Compliance is seeking a competent Fire Extinguisher Engineer to service and maintain fire extinguishers across the North East, including Newcastle. The role involves visiting multiple commercial properties to ensure compliance for our customers, with a base salary of £26,538 and overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates will hold a full UK driving license, have industry experience, and be familiar with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
• 2 Years previous industry experience would be advantageous.
• An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
• A good level of IT literacy
• Knowledge of Test and Inspection Procedures and software
• Desirable but not essential BAFE ,FETA, IFEDA

Responsibilities

• Visiting multiple commercial properties, for example banks, schools, universities, retail outlets, leisure centres, hospitals and pubs to complete servicing and maintenance of fire extinguishers and ensure compliance for our customers
