Job summary

Circet UK is looking for a Service Delivery Technician to join our Lewisham team. You’ll organise daily schedules and perform fibre installations and repairs, often outdoors, in all weather, with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a basic DBS check, and strong communication skills. Telecoms experience is preferred; full training is provided. Benefits include 25 days’ leave, life assurance and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions and complete multiple installations per day.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety and provide risk assessments.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
