Integrated Environmental Solutions Limited (IES) is building a modern, measurable acquisition marketing engine. We’re looking for a Field & Events Marketing Manager to own our events programme end to end: expos, conferences and owned events, turning events into qualified opportunities.
You’ll set clear objectives, target audiences and success metrics, track ROI, and collaborate with RevOps, content, sales and broader campaigns to drive pipeline and growth.
At IES, we value People, Purpose and Innovation. We offer a flexible and supportive working environment and the opportunity to work with a team of friendly, interesting and diverse people from across the globe who are passionate about what we do.
For 30+ years, we have built a solid reputation as the leading global innovator in integrated performance-based analysis and are now home to the most advanced building-physics analytics team in the world. Our software solutions and expert consultancy services empower designers, engineers, building owners and operators to deliver more efficient, comfortable and sustainable buildings through design, retrofit and operation. Our Research & Innovation team ensures our technology remains best-in-class and at the forefront of innovation.
We're building a modern, measurable acquisition marketing engine at IES, and events are a core demand channel within it. We're looking for a Field & Events Marketing Manager to own our events programme end to end: both the industry expos and conferences we attend and a growing programme of owned events.
This is a step up from a traditional events role. We don't want events run as logistics with no line of sight to results. Every event you run will have clear objectives, a lead-capture plan, structured follow-up, and reporting on its contribution to pipeline. You'll be the person who turns our events from a cost line into a measurable source of qualified opportunities.
As the programme matures, there's a clear path to own events as a strategic pillar of the acquisition strategy; shaping which events we run, designing the owned-events programme, and tying it into our account-based and wider campaign activity.
IES is committed to an inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all backgrounds, even if you don’t meet every requirement listed. We can provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process, for example, sharing interview questions in advance, allowing breaks between stages, or offering extra time where needed.
If you require support at any point, please contact the IES HR team at careers@iesve.com or +44 141 945 8500.
