Yunex Traffic UK is seeking an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Engineer to join a field-based team responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and supporting fast, rapid and ultra-rapid EV chargers across the country.

You will work outdoors, ensure safety, and collaborate with contractors and customers to deliver high-quality results. The role requires travel, occasional overnight stays, and ongoing product training in a dynamic mobility environment.

Competenze

• Must have experience with low and medium voltage electrical systems.
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to work in a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and safety-conscious.
• Full driving license and proximity to a depot.

Mansioni

• Service, upgrade, and troubleshoot AC and DC EV chargers.
• Maintain safety and report unsafe conditions and incidents.
• Conduct electrical testing and periodic inspections of charging equipment.
• Ensure work is completed safely, to a high standard and on schedule.
• Communicate with contractors and customers on-site and digitally.
• Manage vehicle stock levels and report usage.
• Analyse data to optimize contract performance.
• Support out-of-hours standby and occasional overnight travel.
• Complete product training and achieve sector accreditation; may include overseas travel.
• Assist engineers in traffic signals and related equipment when required.
