Job summary

Danone UK & Ireland is seeking a Nutricia Homeward Nurse to train and care for patients who are tube-fed at home across Berkshire and Frimley. You will build strong relationships with carers and healthcare professionals, including dietitians and GPs, while delivering practical support in the field.

Key requirements include 12 months' nursing experience, UK driving licence, and residing in or relocating to the area. A competitive salary, company car, fuel card and lunch allowance are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with UK registration and current practice status.
• Understanding of the UK Healthcare Market and NHS processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to patients, carers, and HCPs for safe home care.
• Complete regular patient reviews and provide support for questions.
• Assist in preventing unnecessary hospital stays and tube changes in the community.
