Bechtel is seeking a Project Field Engineer for our Sellafield site to support complex decommissioning work. The role requires coordinating temporary works, ensuring safety and compliance, and supervising field operations with a focus on achieving project milestones.

This part-time telework position demands weekly in-person attendance as per project needs. A technical degree and relevant site experience are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree or international equivalent.
• Experience coordinating temporary works and supervisor duties is required.
• SMSTS certification is required/preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
• Leads preparation of drawings and schedules; designs temporary construction facilities and ensures as-built drawings.
• Initiates requisitions for field purchases.
• Prepares quantity takeoffs of field materials and equipment.
• Verifies commodities in quantity tracking systems.
• Ensures zero-accident safety philosophy is followed in the work area.
• Pursues continuous learning and relevant training.
• Reviews and approves inspection test plans and coordinates subcontractor submittals.
