Baker Hughes is hiring for a Field Engineer I in the UK as part of the Completions and Well Intervention Team. The role focuses on supporting safe, efficient execution of operations, coordinating with customers and field personnel to ensure quality service and compliance with safety standards.

The position requires a technical engineering background, field operations experience or equivalent, and willingness to travel offshore.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in field operations, oilfield services, completions or well intervention.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel and work offshore as required.
• Holding a valid driving licence and right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in the planning, preparation and execution of Completions and Well Intervention operations.
• Supporting the deployment, maintenance and operation of well intervention and completion equipment.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE standards and customer requirements.
• Monitoring operational performance and providing accurate reporting and documentation.
• Troubleshooting technical issues in the field and supporting effective problem resolution.
• Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful operational outcomes.
• Maintaining equipment readiness, reliability and compliance with company procedures.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
