Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Engineer I for its Completions and Well Intervention Team in the United Kingdom. You will assist in planning and executing field operations, support equipment deployment and maintenance, and ensure activities meet HSE standards and customer requirements.

The role requires a engineering degree or equivalent experience, field operation exposure, and a strong commitment to safety, with travel offshore and a valid UK work right.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience working in field operations, oilfield services, completions, well intervention or related environment.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel and work offshore as required.
• Hold a valid driving licence and the right to work in the United Kingdom.

As a Field Engineer I, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the planning, preparation and execution of Completions and Well Intervention operations.
