Position Overview: To respond to customer’s field repair and service requests by diagnosing issues and providing detailed information to create a quote within a cost and time-effective manner.

Main Job Functions:

1. Provide an estimated arrival time at the customer’s site based on job instructions, including details of location, machine, contact, and problem.
2. Contact customer’s site management to register arrival and ensure knowledge of site procedures.
3. Diagnose equipment problems in discussion with operators/supervisors using specialised equipment, and provide detailed information for quoting.
4. Identify required parts, requisition them, and coordinate delivery to schedule service visits.
5. Perform repair and service work according to the work plan, including removing, dispatching, and reinstalling components to meet standards.
