Job summary

Rowden, headquartered in Bristol, UK, is building the UK's next generation engineering powerhouse and delivering critical technology for national security and resilience.

As a Field Engineer, you will configure systems for deployment, provide training, test features, troubleshoot, and support C4ISR and RAS capabilities across UK and overseas exercises, with travel and occasional international deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have lived and worked in the UK for the last five years to obtain Government security clearance.
• Experience autonomously supporting customers, including fault-finding and on-site provisioning.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP and networking.
• Proven ability to deliver technical briefs and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, configuration, deployment, and support of C4ISR and RAS systems.
• First-line support: configuration, bug reporting and troubleshooting for deployed users.
• Testing new software features and providing feedback to inform development.
• Communicating with internal engineering, external customers, and other stakeholders.
• Delivering system training, both in classroom and field environments.
