Job summary

Rowden Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Field Engineer to configure, deploy and support C4ISR and Robotics systems across the UK and abroad. You’ll train users, test new features and feed insights back to engineering teams, with travel and international deployments up to twice a year.

The role is customer-facing, requires delivering technical briefs, and involves collaboration with Systems, Software, Infrastructure, and Product teams. A flexible, hybrid working pattern is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have lived and worked in the UK for the last five years to obtain Government security clearance.
• Proven ability to autonomously support customers, diagnose faults, and provide on-site provisioning.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking and ability to quickly learn complex systems.
• Proven ability to deliver technical briefs and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, deploy, and support C4ISR and RAS systems.
• Provide first-line support and on-site provisioning for deployed users.
