Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Field Based Electrical Inspection & Testing Engineer to service a varied portfolio of venues across the UK, with regular travel from Bristol along the M4/M5 corridor.

You will carry out EICRs, PAT testing, remedial works and provide technical reports, with a 40-hour week, company van, fuel card and funded training.

DOE salary £40,000–£50,000 with overtime paid and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrician with electrical inspection/testing experience.
• Proven ability to produce accurate reports and technical documentation.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and work away from home.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Electrical installation inspection and testing.
• In‑Service Inspection & Testing (PAT).
• Electrical installation and remedial works.
• Producing accurate reports and technical documentation.
• Assisting with quotations for remedial works.
• Providing customers with technical advice on electrical safety.
• Supporting PPM and other inspection activities.
