Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Field Based Electrical Inspection & Testing Engineer for positions across the UK. You will be responsible for EICRs, PAT testing, remedial works and accurate reporting, with the flexibility to travel nationally and stay away from home as required.

The role offers 40,000–50,000 GBP per year, fully expensed company van, fuel card and extensive training opportunities. A hands-on, autonomous position in a specialist environment awaits the right electrician.

Qualifications

• Must be a time-served electrician with Level 3 qualifications and demonstrable electrical inspection/testing experience.
• Excellent reporting, documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Perform electrical installation inspection and testing.
• Carry out In-Service Inspection & Testing (PAT) and remedial works.
• Produce accurate reports and technical documentation.
• Assist with quotations for remedial works and provide technical advice on electrical safety.
• Support planned inspection activities and travel to customer sites independently.
