Delta.g, a UK quantum sensing company, is seeking a Launch and Deployment Engineer to take quantum systems from lab to field in the West Midlands. You will lead deployments, run trials, integrate hardware and software, and validate performance, owning the playbook and scaling repeatable success.

You bring real-world deployment experience, strong communication, and hands-on diagnostics. The role requires a proactive, can-do attitude with comfort across sensing, robotics, or high-reliability

• Hands-on diagnostics, logs, and validation discipline.
• Background in sensing, robotics, or high-reliability systems (quantum sensing a bonus).
