Job summary

Moore Concrete Ltd is seeking a Building Sales Executive to join the Business Sales team. The role involves proactive sales, liaising with customers via phone, email and face-to-face meetings, and working with colleagues across Planning, Production, Quality and Dispatch to meet customer needs.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with occasional extra hours. Travel across the UK and ROI will be required as part of building customer relationships and achieving KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Proactive sales role with customer liaison via telephone, email and in-person meetings.
• Able to manage customer enquiries and tenders within required timeframes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities.
• Deal with customer enquiries and provide solutions.
• Use CRM to manage customer interactions and ERP to manage orders and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Quality, Technical and Dispatch teams.
• Travel within the UK and ROI for business purposes.
