Job summary

Made Employment Ltd is recruiting field-based debt collection agents for a leading UK debt resolution company. You will visit customers in their homes or at pre-arranged sites to discuss outstanding debts and help clients resolve balances. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, and a DBS check will be undertaken.

Training is provided with strong progression opportunities. The role offers an industry-leading salary and benefits package including a car allowance and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or similar field
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
• Must hold full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Willing to undergo DBS check

Responsibilities

Job description

Do you have experience collecting debt out on the field? Or do you have experience working as a police officer and are looking for a change? If so, then we have the job for you! Our client is one of the leading debt resolution companies in the UK and are currently expanding! They're looking for field based debt collection agents to join their growing team!

You will be out and about visiting customers (both residential and commercial) to discuss their outstanding debt situation with their utility company. You will be integral in helping customers satisfy that debt. You will be visiting customers by pre-arranged appointment and/or via a warrant. You must be comfortable speaking with people in their homes and discussing their debt.You will need to have a full UK licence and your own vehicle (they pay a very attractive car allowance package), you must also have no CCJ's or bankruptcies and also be happy to undergo a DBS check.
