Job summary

Made Employment Ltd is recruiting field-based debt collection agents for a leading UK debt resolution company. You will visit customers in their homes or at pre-arranged sites to discuss outstanding debts and help clients resolve balances. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, and a DBS check will be undertaken.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or similar field
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
• Must hold full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Willing to undergo DBS check

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at pre-arranged appointments to discuss debt
• Discuss outstanding debts with residential and commercial customers
• Help customers satisfy debt and arrange payment
