A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, with a competitive car allowance and ongoing training. You will operate on pre-arranged appointments or via warrants, ensuring professional and compliant debt recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based debt collection or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to discuss debt resolution with customers in their homes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
