Job summary

The Glen Group in Cannock is seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Mobile Supervisor to support our Cleaning Teams across Office and Educational settings. You will work five days out of seven, 7am–9pm, averaging 35 hours per week, and you must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Strong communication and organisational skills are a must for this hands-on leadership role. You will also contribute to on-site cleaning quality audits, client communications, and staff development

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry with supervisory responsibility.
• Full UK driving licence, 21+ years old for insurance.
• Flexibility with working hours across 7 days.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover Cleaning - short notice sickness & Annual Leave
• Planning site visits with Area Manager
• Planning staff holidays
• Dealing with on-site issues
• Correcting cleaning issues
• Carrying out on-site cleaning audits with clients
• Communication with clients
• Training new employees
• Refresher training with all employees
• Be flexible during working hours
• Work closely with Area Manager
• Covering the Area Manager during Annual Leave
