Job summary

Alina Homecare is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor for Walton-on-Thames to lead and develop our care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. You will conduct audits, coaching, and performance reviews while maintaining compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding practices.

The role involves mentoring staff, managing on-call duties, and coordinating with teams to deliver consistent care locally in Walton-on-Thames. A driving licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising & coordinating staff
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to have difficult conversations professionally
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Conduct spot checks and quality audits on care staff
• Support new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments
• Carry out client reviews and risk assessments
• Investigate and resolve complaints or concerns
• Provide hands-on care support when needed
• Mentor and coach care staff
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards
• Attend safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews
• Maintain detailed supervision records
