Alina Homecare in Lancing is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead our care team, supervise Care Assistants and ensure our services meet high standards. You’ll use your experience to support staff development and maintain smooth operation of our home care services.

You’ll conduct spot checks, mentor staff, review client plans, manage risk assessments, and ensure CQC compliance, with on-call duties and opportunities for diploma study.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to have difficult conversations professionally
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Flexible approach to working hours

Responsabilidades

• Conducting spot checks and quality audits on care staff
• Supporting new staff through shadow shifts and competency assessments
• Carrying out client reviews and risk assessments
• Investigating and resolving complaints or concerns
• Providing hands-on care support when needed
• Mentoring and coaching care staff
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards
• Attending safeguarding meetings and MDT reviews
• Maintaining detailed supervision records
