Job summary

Reed Manchester is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our Community Care team. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes, bridging care staff, clients, and management.

Responsibilities include assessments, monitoring quality, supervising staff, and coordinating rosters. A UK driving licence and IT proficiency are required; 25 days holiday plus other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within care profession or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of confidentiality & safeguarding and CQC regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reviews of client care plans and risk assessments.
• Perform spot checks, quality monitoring visits and audits for compliance.
• Supervise and support care workers in the field; conduct supervisions and appraisals.
• Support rota planning and staffing, and provide field-based emergency cover.
