Comfort Call, part of the CCH Group, is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in North Tyneside. The role focuses on overseeing care delivery, supervising workers and coordinating rotas to meet individual needs. A driving licence and own transport are essential, with a pay rate of £13.65 per hour plus mileage.

You will spend most time in the community, with some office work, and you will join a large UK care organisation committed to growth and quality of care across branches.

Formación

• Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users.
• Ability to supervise and support care workers in the field.
• Collaborate with carers, families and healthcare professionals for holistic care.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of high-quality care by assessing and reviewing services.
• Plan realistic rotas with Care Coordinators and consider individual needs.
• Conduct on-site observations and supervise care workers in the field.
