Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You’ll carry out client introductions, build care plans, and shadow Care Workers to monitor care quality.

The role involves 75–95% field work and 25–5% in the office for admin tasks, supporting vulnerable people in Scotland while helping us grow as the UK's fastest growing technology-enabled care provider.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible and willing to travel.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.
• Company-provided NVQ and in-house training available.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision of carers.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met.
• Ensure the team delivers safe, high-quality care.
• Complete meet & greet for new packages.
• Maintain local knowledge of the service area.
• Create and review care plans.
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Support with compliance and interviews.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call.
