Cera Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead and supervise care teams in the community, developing care plans, assessing clients, and shadowing carers to ensure high-quality care. The role focuses mostly on field work with some office time for admin tasks.

The ideal candidate will have strong care sector knowledge, excellent communication, and organisational skills, with flexibility to cover varying shifts and travel across local areas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
• Risk assessments
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
• Hands on carer
• Take part in Out of hours on call
• Engage in team meetings
