Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a passionate Field Care Supervisor to be an ambassador for the brand. You'll split time between the field and the office, conducting client assessments, building care plans, and shadowing care workers to monitor quality of care.

This role requires flexible availability, strong knowledge of the care sector, and reliable local area knowledge. You will engage with clients, carers and providers to ensure safe, dignified care and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible role with ability to work in field.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• NVQ desirable but not essential; in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers and ensure care quality.
• Meet and greet new packages; complete care plans and reviews.
• Maintain local knowledge; conduct client assessments.
• Audit MAR charts and log books; carer spot checks.
• Attend on-call out-of-hours and team meetings.
• Engage with providers and support business opportunities.
