Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead domiciliary care services across Stafford and surrounding areas. You will supervise Mobile Care Assistants, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and maintain strong regulatory compliance with CQC standards.

You will work closely with the Registered Care Manager, manage care plans, logistics, and scheduling, and provide cover as needed, including alternate weekends. This role offers a competitive salary and company car.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory care experience in community/home care settings.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Experience completing and updating care plans and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Care Manager with growth, management and delivery of care services across the area.
• Ensure services are safe, high quality and compliant with regulations and policies.
• Supervise and develop Mobile Care Assistants and Domestic & Lifestyle Support staff, including training oversight and inductions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to keep care administration records accurate.
