McCarthy Stone Ltd is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to lead personal care and lifestyle services across Sheffield, Huddersfield and Leeds. You will oversee Mobile Care Assistants, ensure CQC compliance, and develop personalised care plans that support residents’ independence.

The role requires supervisory care experience, a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (Level 3 preferred), and the ability to work across a multi-disciplinary team with flexible, occasional weekend shifts.

Formación

• At least 2 years supervisory care experience in community, field-based or home care.
• Must hold Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent); Level 3 preferred or funded progression.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance requirements.
• Experience completing and updating care plans and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of elderly care and independent living; ability to promote dignity and privacy.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Registered Care Manager with growth, management and delivery of care services across the area.
• Ensure services are safe, high quality and compliant with regulations and policies.
• Supervise and develop Mobile Care Assistants and Mobile Domestic & Lifestyle Support Assistants, including training oversight and appraisals.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to maintain accurate care records and administration systems.
• Attend development meetings, encourage resident feedback, and report safeguarding concerns.
