Job summary

Altogether Care Llp is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to join our compassionate team. This role involves writing and updating care plans, coaching colleagues, attending care reviews, and providing hands-on care while supporting on-call duties.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, with a minimum of 6 months care experience. We offer a permanent contract, structured induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression within a family‑oriented
