Job summary

Altogether Care Llp is hiring a Care And Support Worker to visit clients in their own homes across the Southampton area. You will provide personal, physical and emotional care, supporting independence and daily living with compassionate, respectful care.

Driving is essential and you will travel to appointments and visits as required. The role offers a permanent contract, competitive hourly pay of £13.80–£14.30, comprehensive induction, ongoing training and access to development opportunities,

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
