Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to manage and develop our home care services in Eastbourne. The role focuses on implementing field-based quality control systems and supporting care workers within the assigned area.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, a full driving licence, and experience with CQC standards. We offer training, a company mobile, and a supportive team in a growing home care provider.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance essential.
• Flexible to cover on-call to meet business needs.
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care preferred.
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns.
• Deliver high standards of care to service users.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Complete care assessments and write Care Plans.
• Build relationships with care staff and service users.
• Assist the registered manager with inspections by local authority and CQC.
• Support the care coordinator with duties as required.

We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in our Eastbourne branch.

Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
