Job summary

Care Outlook Ltd is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to develop and maintain our Eastbourne home care services. You will support Care & Support Workers, perform spot checks, and help prepare for inspections by local authorities and CQC.

The role requires a driving licence and care experience, with training for Care Certificate and ongoing professional development offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Spot check carers in the community and report training concerns to the registered manager.
• Deliver high standards of care and maintain quality control in the field.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Complete care assessments and write Care Plans.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in our Eastbourne branch. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:

• Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
• Ability to deliver high standards of care
• Participate in the paid on-call rota
• Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
• Building relationships with care staff and service users
• Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
• Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
• Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
• Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
• Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
• NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
• Salary £26,500 per annum
• £300 Refer a Friend Bonus
