Job summary

Cera Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador for the brand and extend our family. You will spend 75/95% of your time in the field and 25/5% in the office handling administrative tasks.

You will carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care for quality. This role supports vulnerable communities within a technology-enabled care provider.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in care or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• Passionate about delivering quality care.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Good IT skills for administrative tasks.
• Organised and able to manage multiple packages.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers to ensure safe, quality care.
• Meet and greet new packages; understand customer requirements.
• Create and review care plans; conduct risk assessments.
• Complete MAR chart and logbook audits.
• Carry out carer spot checks and field supervision.
• Conduct carer interviews; support with compliance and provider meetings.
• Maintain local knowledge of the area.

• - Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• - Local knowledge of area
• - Complete care plans and reviews of them
• - Risk assessments
• - Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• - Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• - Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance- Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
