Job summary

Buttons Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Field Supervisor / Trainer to join a domiciliary care team in Barnet. This role blends field leadership with coaching to maintain high standards of in-home care.

You will mentor carers across visits, lead by example, and ensure staff have the confidence and skills to deliver outstanding client support in their own homes.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, with one on-call evening weekly. Salary 28,000–34,000 DOE; must have a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in Domiciliary Care.
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it.
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing others.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Care Supervisor / Trainer to join their established domiciliary care team in Barnet.

You'll be joining a close-knit team of experienced colleagues, helping to maintain high standards of care while coaching and developing care professionals to deliver outstanding support to clients in their own homes.

This isn't a role for someone who likes sitting behind a desk all day. It's for someone who enjoys being out in the field, leading by example, solving problems, and ensuring carers have the confidence and skills to make a real difference.

What you'll need:

• At least 2 years' experience in Domiciliary Care
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing others
• Full Right to Work in the UK

The finer details:

• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
• One evening per week on-call, for emergency support only (because care doesn't always stick to office hours!)
• 28,000 - 34,000 per annum, depending on experience
