Job summary

Buttons Recruitment Ltd are recruiting a Field Supervisor / Trainer to join a domiciliary care team in Barnet. This role blends field leadership with coaching to maintain high standards of in-home care.

You will mentor carers across visits, lead by example, and ensure staff have the confidence and skills to deliver outstanding client support in their own homes.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, with one on-call evening weekly. Salary 28,000–34,000 DOE; must have a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in Domiciliary Care.
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it.
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing others.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field care staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Coach carers to build confidence and skills for in-home support.
• Support clients in their own homes with high-quality service.
• Cover field visits and volunteer for on-call duties as needed.
