Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden is seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead care teams in the Eastbourne area. You will supervise healthcare assistants, mentor staff, and ensure care plans meet company policies and standards.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and living in Eastbourne & Wealden; salary up to £30,000 per annum plus on-call pay and performance incentives. Join a growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality home care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field supervisions of healthcare assistants.
• Mentoring new care assistants in the field and assisting in monitoring quality control.
• Completing care plans in accordance with company policies and care standards.
• Carrying out customer assessments prior to commencement of care services as required in the absence of the Care Manager.
• Taking part in the emergency on-call schedule on a rotational basis with coordinators and the care team.
