Job summary

HealthJobs Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a proactive Care Sales Executive to drive occupancy across our portfolio of care homes. You’ll generate new enquiries, build strong local relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience to families.

Working field-based with travel across your region, you’ll conduct consultations and home tours, maintain accurate CRM records, and support regional sales performance through local marketing insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Flexibility to travel regularly across your assigned region and occasionally work early mornings or evenings to support families and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries and admissions across an assigned portfolio of care homes.
• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners and local stakeholders to build referral networks.
• Conduct consultations and home tours; coordinate follow-up activity and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Support occupancy growth by sharing market insights and attending occupancy reviews to shape regional sales performance.
