Job summary

HealthJobs Ltd is seeking a Care Sales Executive to drive occupancy across a portfolio of care homes. This field-based role focuses on generating new enquiries and admissions, building relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders, and guiding families through the admissions journey.

You will travel regularly across your region, conduct consultations and home tours, maintain CRM records, and contribute to local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in a community or healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational skills with IT literacy and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries and admissions across an assigned portfolio of care homes.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners and local stakeholders to develop a referral network.
• Conduct consultations and home tours, coordinate follow-up activity and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Support local marketing initiatives and attend occupancy reviews to shape regional sales performance.
