You’ll train carers from interview through onboarding, mentor the branch team on quality and compliance, perform spot checks and supervision, visit customers to review care plans, and support on-call duties to uphold the branch rota. A people-first leader with clear communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care professional and desire to advance
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy insured vehicle
• Strong communication and collaborative approach to working with others
• Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain compliance and quality standards
• People-first mindset – calm, kind and ready to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and support new carers so they feel confident, capable and ready to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist the branch team with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain high standards across your care team.
• Visit customers to review care plans, ensuring they remain accurate, safe and person-centred.
• Carry out risk assessments with care, clarity and professionalism.
• Support on-call duties in line with the branch rota
