Job summary

Veolia is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth across the North West. This field-based role involves sourcing, visiting and managing industrial clients for cleaning and site services, building quotes with internal teams, and owning the sales pipeline from lead to delivery.

You will travel within the region, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with operations to ensure customer needs are met and margins achieved. Veolia supports development and rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record in field-based roles.
• Self-motivated and able to manage appointments and pipeline autonomously.
• Ability to translate complex site needs into clear service scopes.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal teams on quotes.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Territory & pipeline management to secure new opportunities in the North West.
• On-site consultations to assess client needs, site hazards and service requirements.
• Scope and estimate solutions with internal teams for projects or contracts.
• Build long-term relationships with plant managers, EH&S leads and procurement.
• Deliver compelling presentations and close opportunities within targets.
