Service Innovation Group UK is seeking a Brand Ambassador to manage a defined UK territory, representing premium brands in store environments. You will build relationships with store teams, ensure on-brand merchandising, and manage stock and reporting with autonomy.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-proficient, and have merchandising experience, with a full UK driving licence and a proactive, professional approach to field-based work.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence is required.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with store contacts.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and professional demeanour.
• Proficiency with technology and email systems.
• Previous merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across a defined territory, delivering your fortnightly call schedule across multiple retailers.
• Build strong relationships with key store contacts to support brand standards and in-store execution.
• Ensure products are merchandised in line with agreed planograms.
• Identify and resolve stock availability issues in partnership with store teams.
• Install and maintain point-of-purchase materials to a high standard.
• Adapt positively to short-term activity changes and evolving priorities.
• Deliver against client KPIs and agreed objectives.
• Accurately complete reporting via CRM systems.
• Store and manage a small amount of stock and equipment at home.
• Attend national team meetings and field accompaniments as required.
